REMEDIUSRX RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Eligibility

Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Request must be made within 5 days of purchase or delivery.
Valid proof of purchase is required.
Prescription medicines and perishable health products cannot be returned.

Non-returnable items

Prescription medicines.
Opened or used personal care items.
Baby formula and nutritional supplements.
Used medical devices.

How to request

Email support with order details: pharmacy@remediushealth.africa
If eligible, we will send return instructions.
Return the item as instructed.
After inspection, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval.
Exchanges are shipped after we receive and verify the returned item.

Damaged or incorrect items

Report any damaged, defective, or incorrect item within 1 business day of delivery for a free replacement or refund.
