PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS — REMEDIUS MOBILE HEALTH CO. LIMITED

1. Introduction

These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (“Pre-Order Terms”) apply when a customer (“User”) places an advance order (“Pre-Order”) for products or services from Remedius Mobile Health Co. Limited (“Remedius”). By placing a Pre-Order, you agree to these Pre-Order Terms in addition to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies.

2. Eligibility

·       Users must have a valid Remedius account and provide accurate contact and payment information.

·       Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

3. Nature of Pre-Orders

·       A Pre-Order allows Users to reserve products before they are available for general sale.

·       Availability dates are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing, supply chain, or regulatory factors.

·       Pre-Orders do not guarantee immediate delivery on the release date.

4. Payment

·       Pre-Orders may require full payment or a deposit at the time of order.

·       If only a deposit is collected, the balance must be paid before shipment or collection.

·       Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of the Pre-Order.

5. Pricing

·       Prices quoted at the time of Pre-Order are valid unless otherwise stated.

·       In the event of price changes before delivery, Users will be notified and given the option to cancel or confirm at the new price.

6. Delivery

·       Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout but are subject to change.

·       Remedius will notify Users of significant delays.

·       Standard Shipping & Delivery Policy applies once products are ready to ship.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

·       Users may cancel a Pre-Order before the product is shipped.

·       Deposits may be refundable or non-refundable depending on the product category; this will be disclosed at the time of Pre-Order.

·       If Remedius cannot fulfill the Pre-Order, a full refund will be issued.

·       Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

8. Returns and Exchanges

·       Pre-Ordered products are subject to the Returns & Exchanges Policy after delivery.

·       Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

9. User responsibilities

·       Ensure payment details are up-to-date.

·       Respond promptly to communications regarding product availability or delivery.

10. Limitation of liability

Remedius is not liable for delays, cancellations, or unavailability caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including regulatory approvals, supplier shortages, or transportation delays.

11. Amendments

Remedius may revise these Pre-Order Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
