We ship to most locations within Uganda where a partner pharmacy is located. Wholesale pharmacies are excluded. For international shipping, contact us for options.

3. Methods and delivery times

Delivery times depend on location and chosen method at checkout.

4. Order processing

Orders are processed promptly after payment confirmation. You will receive confirmation and, when applicable, tracking details.

5. Handling

Deliveries are handled by partner pharmacies. Where a pharmacy lacks delivery, Remedius partner DropOff Couriers Ltd may deliver.

6. Charges

Charges depend on location and order size and are shown at checkout. Additional fees may apply for express or same-day services.

7. Tracking

We provide a tracking number where available. You can also check status via your portal or by contacting support.

8. Restrictions

Certain products, including prescription medicines, may have shipping restrictions due to regulatory or geographic limits.
